[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. On February 12, 2019, the Defendants conspired to purchase marijuana and transferred KRW 100,000 from the D bank account in the name of the Defendant B to the E’s account at the home of the Defendant B located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. On February 13, 2019, the Defendants purchased marijuana after receiving 2.5g of marijuana from E in the G neighboring play place in Mapo-gu, Seoul.
B. At around 23:00 on February 13, 2019, the Defendants conspired to smoke marijuana and smoke it by inserting 2.5g of marijuana on the strawer’s strawer’s strawer on the string string of the said G.
2. Defendant A’s crime;
