A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 25, 2013, the Defendant purchased marijuana with 200,000 won (20,000 won) from the head of the No.S. No. 1444, the Defendant, at the entrance of Gangnam-gu Seoul building E, who was the Defendant’s residence, from the head of the car numberlight, a Korean foreigner in the name in which the name was unknown (hereinafter “person in secret”) was on the top of the No. 1334, the Defendant purchased marijuana with 1g of marijuana leaves, written from the person in secret name in the name of the owner of the car.

2. On January 25, 2013, at around 21:30, the Defendant: (a) parked in the Defendant’s underground parking lot located in the Defendant’s residence; (b) opened approximately 0.5g of marijuana leaves, which he purchased as prescribed in paragraph 1, on the pipe made of a pipe with a string ground; and (c) smoked marijuana by heating it into a string ground; and (d) accelerating it.

3. Around January 28, 2013 to 02:00, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of the hemp leaves purchased, as described in paragraph (2), at the place indicated in paragraph (2), in the same manner as Paragraph (2).

4. On March 6, 2013, around 23:30 on March 6, 2013, the Defendant purchased marijuana from the head of the passenger car of a passenger who was parked in the back of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan G apartment, with a 900,000 won from the person who was named in his name, and with a 5g leaves of the hemp, written out from the person who was named in his name, the Defendant purchased it.

5. At around 02:00 on March 7, 2013, the Defendant smoked approximately 1g of the hemp leaves, which the Defendant purchased at a passenger car parked in the underground parking lot in the Defendant’s residence, with paragraph 4, in the same manner as Paragraph 2.

6. On April 3, 2013, at around 20:00, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 900,000 from the head of the passenger car operated on the top of the passenger car in front of the Ha located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, while giving 9:0,00 won to the person who was named in the name.

7. At around 02:00 on April 4, 2013, the Defendant smoked approximately 1g of marijuana purchased from the Defendant’s passenger car parked in the underground parking lot at the Defendant’s residence in the same manner as Paragraph 6, in accordance with Paragraph 2.

8. The Defendant at around 22:00 to 23:00 on April 19, 2013, the Gangnam-gu Seoul Jel.
