1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for one year, by imprisonment for the defendant B, C and D, and by imprisonment for eight months; and

2. However, Defendant B, C, and D.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, on June 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) intended to purchase marijuana from the “H” through G’s arrangement; (b) deposited KRW 400,000 in the bank account (Account Number I) in the name of G; and (c) received the baggage containing approximately 10g of marijuana from the Kwikset Service Officer, and received it from H.

From that time to October 23, 2014, the Defendant remitted a total of KRW 34,300,000 over 18 times, as shown in the attached list of crimes, and received approximately KRW 945 g of marijuana.

B. Around December 9, 2014, the Defendant smoked by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana to the tobacco pipe at the house located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul and attaching a fire to the smoke.

In addition, the Defendant smoked marijuana two times a week from June 2014 to December 2, 2014 at the house, etc. of the above B among the first patrolmen.

2. Defendant B

A. On October 13, 2014, the Defendant smoked by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana to the tobacco pipe at the home of the said Defendant, and attaching a fire to the smoke.

B. On November 2014, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of marijuana at the above Defendant’s house in the foregoing manner.

C. On December 9, 2014, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of marijuana at the above Defendant’s home in the foregoing manner.

3. Defendant C

A. On October 13, 2014, the Defendant smoked by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana to the tobacco pipe at the house above B, and attaching a fire to the smoke.

B. On November 2014, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of hemp at the house above B’s house in the above manner.

C. At around December 9, 2014, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of marijuana at the house above B in the said manner.

4. Around December 9, 2014, Defendant D smoked by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana to a tobacco pipe at the house above B and attaching a fire to a smoke.
