A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person is allowed to trade or smoke marijuana, but the defendant dealt with it as follows:

1. On December 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around the new wall on December 25, 2013, at around the “Dju store” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C, she was unable to smoked by attaching approximately 0.5g of marijuana, along with E, to the hemp tobacco created by stringing.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with E, smoked marijuana.

2. Around 02:00 on January 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received 100,000 won from Gju stores, E, and (b) 1g of marijuana contained in a letter bag from E. Accordingly, the Defendant purchased approximately 100,000 won of marijuana from E. around January 1, 2014, around 05:0, the Defendant, at around 05:00 in Gangnam-gu Seoul, purchased 1g of marijuana. At around 05:0, the Defendant: (b) removed tobacco coloned with J in the horse Ha; (c) 0.5g of marijuana; and (d) 1,00,000 won of marijuana; and (c) 2,00,000 won of marijuana, 2,000,000,000 won of it around 0,000,000 won of it; and (d) 1,000,000 won of it.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 1g of marijuana from E in the amount of KRW 200,00.

6. At around 16:00 on February 8, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 from J, and around 08:30 on February 9, 2014, around 08:30, the Defendant sent approximately 1g of marijuana contained in the letter bags to J before the said I Elementary School and around February 9, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant sold approximately 1g of marijuana to J for about 200,000 won.
