A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The seized driver's license (No. 1 and 2) shall be returned to the victim C and D, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 27, 2013, the Defendant: around 16:10 on April 27, 2013, 2013, thief: (a) cut off cash 40,000 won in the co-owned money owned by the victim C on the co-owned money left by the victim in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul; and (b) 100,000 won in the market price on which the driver’s license is located.

2. Fraudulent on April 27, 2013 and violations of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act.

A. On April 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased goods at the “H” convenience store located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G in Jung-gu; (b) used the cream card of the Plaintiff, as one’s own, to receive KRW 8,400 of the market price of tobacco and drinking water; and (c) used the stolen debit card.

B. On April 27, 2013, around 16:24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) used the said Agricultural C’s C’s C’s C’s above C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s purchase of urban village at the “J” urban village sales store located in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul; and (b) used stolen debit cards.

C. At around 16:30 on April 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) used the Defendant’s cream card of the Plaintiff, which was stolen in purchasing goods at the “L” convenience store located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in the same manner as the above 2-A; (b) received a total amount of KRW 8,600 in the market price of DNA tobacco 2 A, beverage water, coffee, etc.; and (c) used stolen debit cards.

3. On May 22, 2013, around 14:20 on May 22, 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim’s cash 50,000 won in the victim’s possession within a bank where the victim D, who had received medical treatment at that place, was placed on the part of the bank in order to undergo physical treatment; and (b) cut off the wall of a string with one modern card.

4. Fraudulent on May 24, 2013 and violations of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act.

A. On May 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased goods at the “L” convenience store located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentO on May 24, 2013; (b) the Defendant stolen the goods.
