Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 26, 2013, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Central District Court to two years of imprisonment for fraud, larceny, or a violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on September 4, 2014.

1. As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received goods equivalent to 59,800 won at the market price, such as chip and chip, from the victim, and used stolen debit cards from around that time to 13:39 on the same day, and by suggesting the above debit card which was stolen six times in total as shown in the list of crimes from around the same day and signing the sales slip as if the Defendant was a legitimate holder, and used the stolen debit card which was received property or property benefits equivalent to the total amount of 197,860 won from the victims.
