【Criminal Power】 On June 10, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special robbery at the Seoul Northern District Court, and on September 24, 2014, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Sungsung Vocational Training Correctional Institution.

1. A thief, around 17:50 on February 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with a single victim E, who displayed a game on the Defendant’s side page, having a string of the string of the string of the string of the strings, with a 23,000 won in cash owned by the victim, identification cards, driver’s license cards, and 1 copy of the Bank C Card (F) and a single copy of the market price unfolded one.
2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On February 9, 2015, around 17:56, the Defendant: (a) taken a taxi operating the victim’s name in front of the “D” set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1); (b) arrived at the erode station located in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seodong 1075, Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu; (c) provided that the victim was a Defendant’s card, and provided that the victim was a Defendant’s card, thereby deceiving the victim to obtain pecuniary benefits; and (d) used the stolen debit card.
B. On February 18, 2015, the Defendant purchased tobacco from “Isker” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H on February 18, 2015, and suggested that he/she was the Defendant’s card, as stated in the foregoing Paragraph 1, to an employee under his/her name, thereby deceiving the said employee by way of settling KRW 9,000 of the tobacco price, and received tobacco from his/her employee, and used a stolen debit card.
C. On February 9, 2015, around 18:03, the Defendant purchased titers and Titrts from K located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J, and the Defendant’s titrts card, which was stolen to employees under his/her name, was the Defendant’s card.
