The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 4, 2016, at around 05:00 on April 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim E, in cash, 30,00 won; (b) vehicle driving license; (c) agricultural cooperative C card; (d) KB C card; (c) voluntary card in a new country; (d) KB lap card; and (e) discovered that the bank containing the KB lap card; and (e) cut off the lock on the lock; (d) the victim’s side; and (e) the victim’s continuously locked; and (e) took advantage of the difference in the victim’s seat.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

2. On April 4, 2016, at G convenience stores located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F on April 4, 2016, the Defendant, along with B, obtained a total of 22,990 won by taking account of the following: (a) as if he/she was a lawful holder of the KB Nom Card; (b) paying the price by using it as if he/she was a lawful holder of the KB Nom Card; and (c) receiving the above goods from an employee under his/her name that he/she knew of the fact; and (d) taking account by using the KBnom Card, such as the list of crimes, by taking account of the payment via five times in total, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

3. No person in financial business specializing in credit shall use any lost or stolen credit card or debit card;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, along with B, used the KB Nowm Card (including debit card function) that E was stolen, at the time and place described in paragraph 2, as described in paragraph 2.

Accordingly, the defendant used a stolen debit card in collusion with B.
