1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Defendant A, C, F, and H’s sentence (Defendant A: a fine of 4 million won, Defendant C: a fine of 2 million won, Defendant F, and Defendant H: each fine of 1.5 million won) is too unreasonable.

B. Prosecutor 1) misunderstanding of facts and misunderstanding of legal principles (as to the acquittal portion of Defendant C and F), S’s statement of self-denunciation prepared by S on the fourth trial date of the lower trial, and comprehensively taking account of the evidence and the evidence, Defendant C could be sufficiently recognized that on February 10, 2014, Defendant C provided 30,000 won to S through Defendant F for the purpose of election in the audit election. However, the lower court acquitted Defendant C of this part of the facts charged, which erred by misapprehending the legal principles, thereby adversely affecting the conclusion of the judgment. 2) In so doing, the lower court’s punishment (as to Defendant B, KRW 300,00,000) is too unreasonable.
