Punishment of the crime

No person shall express his/her intention to provide or provide money, goods, entertainment or other property benefits to a cooperative member, his/her family member, or an institution, organization, or facility established and operated by a cooperative member or a cooperative member or a family member thereof for the purpose of having him/her or a specific person elected or not to be elected as an executive or representative of a local agricultural cooperative, and no executive or employee of the agricultural cooperative shall participate in the planning of an election campaign or in the implementation of such planning.

1. 2. 피고인 B 피고인은 2014. 1.경 전주시 덕진구 V에 있는 농협 주차장에서, 농협 대의원인 W에게 “별거 아니니까 드세요.”라고 말하며 시가 10,000원 상당의 김 한 톳과 현금 30만 원(5만 원 권 6매)이 들어 있는 봉투를 건네준 것을 비롯하여 2013. 12.경부터 2014. 2.경까지 별지 범죄일람표 (2) 기재와 같이 위 감사 선거에서 자기를 당선되게 할 목적으로 총 17회에 걸쳐 합계 1,315,000원을 각각 교부하여 제공하였다.

3. Defendant C: (a) around 12:00 on January 7, 2014, at a Y restaurant located in Seojin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seojin-gu, X.
