A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 28, 2014, the Defendant, as a member of the C Agricultural Cooperative, went out as a candidate for an officer election, such as directors and auditors of C Agricultural Cooperative, and went out as a candidate for an auditor.

No person shall provide money, goods, entertainment or other property benefits to a cooperative member, his/her family member, or an institution, organization or facility established and operated by a cooperative member, his/her family member, or a member or his/her family member, for the purpose of having him/herself or a specific person elected or not to be elected with an executive or representative of

1. On January 15, 2014, at around 20:00, the Defendant provided KRW 300,000 in cash upon requesting support from the Defendant at an audit election, which read, “I will tell only three auditors, I will be elected at this time, and I will well request this time.”

In addition, from that to January 27, 2014, the Defendant offered money to members or their family members for the purpose of being elected as executive officers of local agricultural cooperatives by providing 18 representatives with cash of KRW 7.5 million, upon requesting the support of the Defendant in an audit election as shown in the attached list of crimes.

2. On December 2013, 2013, the Defendant, at the house of G representatives of the above CFFF No. 101, 806, requested the support of the Defendant in an audit election, and sent 200,000 won of the market price to the members or their family members for the purpose of winning the election as executive officers of the local agricultural cooperative.

3. On December 2013, 2013, the Defendant offered goods to the members or their family members for the purpose of delivering 200,000 won of the market price, after requesting the support of the Defendant in an audit election, as set forth in paragraph 1 of the above CF representative I at the office of the said CFF H.
