Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 14, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced by the Seoul Southern District Court on July 14, 201 to a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) and completed the execution of the sentence in the Chuncheon Prison on November 7, 201, and was not a person handling narcotics.
1.
