A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and ten months.

Seized evidence as well as evidence as referred to in subparagraphs 1 through 9 and 13 shall be confiscated.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment by violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Incheon District Court on November 28, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention Center on December 13, 2013, and is not a person handling narcotics.
