Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 14, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment by the Incheon District Court due to a violation of the Narcotics Control Act, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the port prison on February 26, 2012, and was not a person handling narcotics.
1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. At around 22:00 on the first day of November 2013, the Defendant administered a drug with a 0.1g of approximately 0.1g of psychotropics (hereinafter “copon”), which is a psychotropic drug received from D, from the above restaurant, at around that time, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of 0.03g of copon, which is a psychotropic drug (hereinafter “copon”). The Defendant injected the copon into a copon, using a single injection device, and injected the drug into a copon.
B. At around 03:00 on December 2, 2013, the Defendant used approximately 0.03g of the said penphone in F’s residence located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, by dilution with F’s milk, and by allowing F to drink the said milk.
C. On December 2, 2013, at around 23:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of the instant phiphonephones into vesium using a single-use injection device, after dilutioning approximately 0.03g of the said phiphones into vesium at the Defendant’s residence located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E 3rd floor.
2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. On November 29, 2013, at around 20:00, the Defendant smoked by creating marijuana tobacco using approximately 0.5g, among the influent marijuana collected in the street near the old-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, and around 13:00 on the lower order of the same month, using approximately 0.5g of the influent marijuana collected in the street near the old-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon.
B. On December 3, 2013, at the time of arrest at around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) stored approximately 0.48g of the said marijuana in a color vinyl paper; and (b) stored it in a bags, and possessed it.
