A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Seized evidence 1 through 7 and 10 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. At around 18:00 on October 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.5g 0.5g of psychotropic drugs purchased from G in the vicinity of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Museum located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City University at around 19:00 on September 19, 2013, after dilutioning approximately 0.03g of 0.03g with a single-use injection with a single-use injection device, and injected them to E using a single-use injection device, dilution approximately 0.03g of 0.0g of psychotropic drugs purchased at KRW 500,00 from G, in the middle of September 2013.

On November 201, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant injected 0.03goponon from the telecom located in the Young-gu, Suwon-si, by injecting it with a single-use injection device, and administered it to E, dilution of approximately 0.03gopon with a single-use injection device, and then, used it with a single-use injection device. On November 2013, at around 23:00, the Defendant injectedd approximately 0.03 gramopon into clopon in the residence of the above E, and injected it by using a disposable injection device to E, dilution approximately 0.03 gramopon into copon, and then injected it into copon copon crison, using a disposable injection device, and, at around 01:00 on the following day, injected approximately 0.03 gramopon into copon copon copon crison crison.

E. On November 1, 2013, at around 15:00, the Defendant diversating approximately 0.03g of clophones in the instant E’s residence, and dives.
