1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On November 201, 201, the Defendant stopped in the vicinity of the gas station located in Busan, the entrance of the Busan Gyeongdo Highway. On December 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) injectedd approximately 0.125g of the instant phiphonephones into a vegetable clock in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do; and (b) injected them with a single-use injection device into a vegetable clock; and (c) injected them with a single-use injection device.

E. On December 8, 2013, the Defendant injected approximately 0.125g of the instant phiphonephones into clocks located in Ulsan-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Busan-do, and then injected them with a single-use injection device to the blood transfusion using a single-use injection device.

F. On December 9, 2013, the Defendant was not on the trade name located in the Nam-gu Samsan-dong, Ulsan-do.
