1. The Defendant’s KRW 10,516,020 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from December 10, 2013 to April 16, 2014.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 3, 2012, the Defendant entered into a bid consulting service contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with C providing electronic bidding consulting services in the name of “B” (hereinafter “B”).

Terms and Conditions of Contract: “B” (C) provides electronic consulting services, such as guidance on optimal successful bid prices, facilities, services, information on bid prices, information on purchase, 1:1 customized bid information and analysis results, and Sms services, which are necessary for A (Defendant) to participate in electronic tendering.

Article 1(Purpose of this Agreement) The purpose of this Agreement is to provide for matters necessary for the provision of electronic tendering consulting services, such as guidance on the bid price points necessary for awarding a contract, to "A" through the website of "B", among the provision of information on electronic tendering for "A".

Article 2 (Term of Contract) In principle, this Agreement shall be extended automatically every one year from the date of the contract, and shall be automatically extended every one year from the time there is no intention to terminate a separate contract.

Article 3 (Fees for Successful Bidder Consultation) (a) "A" requests a bid analysis, and "B" shall pay 2% of the successful bidder's bid price, if the price points covered by "A" after the completion of the guidance for the price points through "D" on the website of "B" after the completion of the guidance for the publication requested by "A", and if the price points covered by "A" by charactering the "foreseeable amount," or the successful bidder fails to meet the eligibility criteria, the successful bidder's bid price shall be determined as the successful bidder, and the joint contract advisory fee shall be paid by 2% of the successful bidder'

(b) “A” has been awarded a contract by arbitrarily changing the amount;

Even if "D," the "presumed amount," and then the successful bidder is awarded, the successful bidder fee shall be paid to "B".

(d)the amount of the successful tender is at least seven hundred million won, the advisory fee shall be one point five percent;

Article 4 (Time for Payment of Successful Tendering Fees) "A" shall be deemed "B".
