1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Details of the disposition

The plaintiff is engaged in wholesale and retail business such as synthetic resin, testing machine, mutual assistance machine, medical device, and public machinery with the trade name of "B".

On May 4, 2017, the Defendant publicly announced the bid for the purchase of C as follows:

(hereinafter “instant tender”). Public notice of tender shall be given.

1.
