Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of the organization of the Incheon branch of the BF under the BF.

On April 26, 2013, the Defendant collected more than 1,000 participants of the above conference to "the Resolution for the Resolution for the Non-regular C&T Workers' Union" organized by the C&U in front of the nuclear power plant located in Yang Jae-dong, Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, and opened a conference by up to 16:55 on the same day, with approximately 1,00 participants of the above conference, moving to the rooftop of the Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd., Ltd., which is located in the same region and moving to a way before the said place.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
