Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a director of the publicity division of the CFD branch of the CFD branch of the CFD.

On April 26, 2013, at least 16:22, the Defendant collected the “Indirect Employment Eliminationpp and Irregular Cratulation Resolution Meeting” hosted by the C Trade Union in front of the F cafeteria located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and opened a meeting by up to 16:55 on the same day, with approximately 1,000 of the participants in the above assembly as D Co., Ltd. located in the same location, and occupied the lanes prior to the above conference, and obstructed the traffic of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
