Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the current chairperson of D, which is a social organization, and Defendant B is the 51st chairperson of D, and Defendant C is the 45th chairperson of D.

No one shall hold a meeting of hometown, clan gathering, alumni meeting, rally to strengthen the unity, rally to strengthen the unity, or other assemblies and meetings during the election period, with the aim of influencing an election, and make a contribution act for a candidate or his/her political party, in connection with an election.

Defendant
