Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a member of the E Party F Party Council G Operation Committee of the F Party Council, Defendant B is the head of the E Party H Party H Head office, and I is a person who was elected from the 20th National Assembly member election conducted on April 13, 2016 to the E Party candidate in the J Party election district.
1. Defendant A, in violation of the election campaign period for the National Assembly members of the 20th National Assembly, invited the FF-gun electorates to call a meal meeting to allow them to attend the meeting, and upon February 12, 2016, Defendant A collected people from the electorate K, L, M, N, etc. under various names, such as an OEM supporters’ association membership commemorative, etc. around that time, Defendant A contacted Defendant B, who served as I’s performance source in the F-area, and told Defendant B to the effect that “a person was allowed to attend a meeting,” and the Defendant B, on February 13, 2016, notified the said meeting to I and recommended him to attend the meeting.

2.
