Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,200,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants worked as the head of the above F Camp’s external co-operation headquarters, and Defendant B as the head of the above camp’s G regional head in order to assist in the election campaign for the FD market, which was carried out on June 4, 2014 at the 6th national local local election campaign.

1. No person who violates the restrictions on various assemblies, etc. shall hold a meeting of native folks society, clan gathering, alumni meeting, rally to strengthen the unity, rally to strengthen the unity or other assemblies and meetings during the election period, with the aim of influencing an election;

Nevertheless, around May 25, 2014, Defendant A asked the electorate to hold a meeting to spread the F candidate support plan to the electorates in order to assist the election of the above F candidate, and Defendant B contact Defendant B with the purport that “the person who is scheduled to prepare a supper for the F market” was collected. Defendant B asked to gather and request the person who is next to the above request.

On May 26, 2014, at around 19:00, the Defendants invited 18 electors, such as K, L, M, N, andO, who contacted Ha through the above H, to hold a meeting to provide meals. During the Do, Defendant A contacted F candidates D to attend the above meeting, which is the head of the election campaign liaison office, at the place of the meeting, and the above P had the participants take a speech to support the F candidate, such as QF, and if the same value, whether the current market is improved.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to hold the above meetings during the election period in order to influence the election.

2. No person who violates a restriction on contributions shall make contributions for a candidate in connection with an election;

Nevertheless, the Defendants acted in collusion at the same time and place as paragraph (1).
