Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the chairperson of the Dongcheon-si Council of Korea.
1. No person who violates the restrictions on various assemblies, etc. shall hold a meeting of native folks society, clans society, alumni meeting, rally to strengthen the unity, rally to strengthen the unity, rally or other assemblies and meetings during the election period, with the aim of influencing an election;
