1. The Plaintiff:

A. The Defendants respectively (1) deliver a temporary building listed in the separate sheet, and (2) from June 1, 2015.

The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) that reduces the statutory interest rate of 20% per annum from 15% per annum to 15% per annum under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) was amended and promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015.
