The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) was promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015. As such, the statutory interest rate of 20% per annum from September 30, 2015 and 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 is applicable (Article 2(2) of the Addenda), and the Plaintiff’s claim that exceeds the above recognition scope is dismissed.
