Judgment without holding any pleadings: The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) that reduces the statutory interest rate from 20% per annum to 15% per annum on September 25, 2015, which was promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015. As such, the statutory interest rate of 20% per annum until September 30, 2015 and 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, the Plaintiff’s claim is dismissed (Article 2(2) of the Addenda).
