1. Defendant A’s entrustment management contract on September 1, 2015 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) that reduces the statutory interest rate from 20% per annum to 15% per annum under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (Presidential Decree No. 26553) from September 25, 2015 was promulgated and enforced from October 1, 2015. As such, in this case, the statutory interest rate of 15% per annum is applied from October 1, 2015 (Article 2(2) of the Addenda), and the Plaintiff’s claim that exceeds the above recognition scope is dismissed
