A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than a marina society, shall stuff, or assist in gambling using a racing operated by a marina society;

Nevertheless, on January 17, 2014, the Defendant, along with B, C, and D, visited the private horse site (F) at the office without the trade name of the Defendant’s operation in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant 200,000 won of total amount of KRW 3,20,000,000,000 of total amount of KRW 3,200,000,000,000,000 won of total amount of KRW 3,20,000,000,000 won, and 15,000,000 won of total amount of KRW 1,00,000,000 and 2,000,000 won of KRW 60,00,00,000,000, and 200,000 won of KRW 15,00.

2. A person who is not the one who is not the gambling, kitchen, and the one who is not the one who is not the one who uses a horse racing for riding, shall not stuff, or assist in gambling, using a horse racing that is implemented by a marina society, and shall not provide any property or financial benefits to the enemy by having another person engage in any act similar to the riding voting;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from around December 20, 2013 to January 17, 2014, kept three computers and three horse information use sites in the office without a trade name in Suwon-gu E-1st floor from Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and had access to the private horse site (F) operated by the winners of his name and paid KRW 500,00 to the above names and paid KRW 50,000 to the above names and received cyber money, and then had access to the said site by receiving cash from the above B, and connected the said site with gambling using the racing conducted by the Mar society at the place specified in the above paragraph (1) as described in the foregoing paragraph (1).
