A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 사문서 위조 피고인은 2016. 4. 경 불상의 장소에서, A4 용지에 청색 볼펜을 사용하여 차용인 란에 ‘B’, 주민등록번호 란에 ‘C’, 주소 란에 ‘ 서울시 동작구 D’, 전화번호 란에 ‘E’, 그 하단에 ‘ 해외 취업 관련 타 이응 옌 성 채용 관련 조건이 수수 금은 한 명당 일백만원 정씩 받고 취업이 만일 안 될 시 3개월 이내 변제할 것을 약속합니다.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the loan certificate in the name of private document B, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On April 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) taken a forged loan certificate to F, as described in paragraph 1, at an unspecified place on April 15, 2016; and (b) exercised the aforementioned photograph by sending it by text message as if the document was duly formed.

3. On April 15, 2016, the Defendant changed official document in the form of the Defendant’s sponser vehicle located near the Seocho-gu Seoul Western Elementary School, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, for the purpose of exercising the right, entered the Defendant’s “G” in the second place among the resident registration numbers indicated in the Defendant’s resident registration certificate in the face of Myeonk-blade, and entered it in the form of “H” using a black pen.

Accordingly, the defendant changed the resident registration certificate of the defendant under the name of the Si interest market in Gyeonggi-do, which is an official document.

4. On April 15, 2016 and around April 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) taken an altered official document’s resident registration certificate, which was an altered official document, to F without knowledge of the alteration, as described in the foregoing paragraph 3; and (b) exercised the document by sending it by text message as if the above official registration certificate was actually issued, respectively.

5. On April 7, 2016, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud and fraud, and the victim F wishing to obtain overseas employment.
