The punishment of the accused shall be determined by six months of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 9, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) indicated “E” in the name column, “F” in the resident registration number column, “E” in the applicant column, and “E” in the applicant column on the application form for the re-issuance of resident registration certificates kept at the Dong office located in Jin-si, Jin-si; and (b) signed the name next to the applicant column.
