A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is working as a used motor vehicle with the deep-gu, Nowon-gu, 2, 104, Dong C.

1. On January 5, 2016, the Defendant forged official document: (a) made use of the vehicle registration certificate form of a computer located in the above C office in the vehicle number column; (b) “D”; (c) “YH-G20C1-A4”; (d) “Y6”; (c) “Y4KA” in the vehicle name column; (d) “YH-G20C1-A4; (e) “E” in the vehicle number column; (d) “G4KA” in the motor type column; (e) “G4KA” in the vehicle number column; (e) “C” in the name column of the owner; and (e) the registration number column of the resident (corporate) “C”; and (e) attached the official seal of the original city F only under the name of the address column and then attached the official seal stored in the separate market.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the registration certificate of DMW car under the name of the subsidiary market, which is an official document.

2. On January 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) printed out a forged motor vehicle registration certificate at the above location; and (b) sent the photographic file to the customer who asked him/her to purchase the forged motor vehicle at the above location; and (c) sent it to the mobile phone text message to the customer who knew of the forgery.

3. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall forge, alter or unlawfully use a motor vehicle registration certificate, or sell, arrange for sale, give or receive, or use a forged or altered motor vehicle registration certificate;

Nevertheless, on January 5, 2016, the Defendant sent and used a forged motor vehicle registration certificate file to a person whose name is not known in order to pretend that the Defendant was holding the said motor vehicle at the above location.
