The defendant is due to the transfer on January 12, 1970 to the plaintiff of each land listed in the annexed list 1 through 21.

Basic Facts

A. On December 13, 194, the former Decree of the Shipbuilding Repair Association (amended by Presidential Decree No. 2 of July 2, 1917, repealed by Act No. 948, Dec. 31, 1962, Article 2 of the Addenda to the Land Improvement Projects Act (Act No. 948, Dec. 31, 1962; hereinafter “former Decree of the Shipbuilding Repair Association”).

A) A repair association established pursuant to the Act was established on December 30, 1961. Around December 194, 1944, each land unit listed in [Attachment List Nos. 1 through 21] started with the construction of “the old reservoir,” which is an agricultural reservoir, and completed the construction on or around December 1954. (2) A student forestry repair association succeeded to the Do governor governor governor governor. Around January 30, 1961. A river repair association was merged with the Han River Repair Association. A river repair association was established by Act No. 948 of Dec. 31, 1961 and was repealed by Act No. 2199 of Jan. 12, 1970, and “former Land Improvement Project Act” (hereinafter referred to as the “former Land Improvement Project Act”).

(3) Article 2 of the former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 2199, Jan. 12, 1970; Act No. 5077, Dec. 29, 1995; Act No. 5077, Dec. 31, 1961; hereinafter “former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act”).

(B) The farmland improvement association was dissolved pursuant to Article 8 of the Addenda of the former Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 199; hereinafter “former Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation Act”) and was merged into the Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation established pursuant to the above Act. The rights and obligations of the farmland improvement association were comprehensively transferred to the Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation pursuant to Article 9 of the Addenda of the above Act.

C) On December 29, 2005, the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (amended by Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005) changed its name into the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation under Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005) and changed its name on December 29, 2008.
