1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:

The defendant shall write down in paragraphs (1) through (8) of the attached list to the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. Before December 7, 1961, 1961, the king Repair Association and the Do Repair Association established under the former Joseon Repair Association Order (amended by the Decree No. 2 of July 1917, and repealed by the Enforcement Decree of the Land Improvement Project Act of January 21, 1962; hereinafter “former Decree of the Shipbuilding Repair Association”) were merged into the Domsan Repair Association, and thereafter, the former Act on the Improvement of Land (amended by the Act No. 948 of December 31, 1961; hereinafter “former Act on the Improvement of Land”) was enacted under Article 6(6) of the Addenda of the former Ordinance on the Improvement of Farmland Improvement Projects (amended by the Act No. 219, Jan. 12, 1970; hereinafter “former Ordinance on the Improvement of Land”). The Act was repealed by the former Act No. 2199, Dec. 29, 195; and the Act was repealed by Article 3 of the former Act on the Improvement of Farmland Improvement of Agricultural Villages.

B. The Geum Riverland improvement cooperative was established on January 21, 1962, and the name was changed to the Geum River improvement cooperative pursuant to Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act. On April 13, 1973, the above Han River improvement cooperative was merged with the Geum River improvement cooperative. After the execution of the former Agricultural Infrastructure Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (amended by Act No. 5759 of Feb. 5, 199), the Korea Agricultural Infrastructure Corporation established on January 1, 200 comprehensively succeeded to the rights and obligations of the Geum River improvement cooperative pursuant to Article 9 of the Addenda of the same Act.

C. Pursuant to Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Korea Agricultural & Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005), the name of the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and the former Korea Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (amended by Act No. 9276 of Dec. 29, 2008) was changed to the Plaintiff.

In the list, the land in paragraph (1) shall be in the order of the Do, the reservoir completed in 1942 by the Do Repair Association; (2) the land in paragraphs (2) through (8) shall be in the king, the king, the reservoir completed in 1931 by the king Repair Association; and (3) the land in paragraphs (9) through (11) shall be in the year 1945.
