1. The defendant is based on the transfer on January 31, 1978 to the plaintiff of each real estate stated in the separate sheet.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 1, 1941, a wind field repair association was merged with the wind field repair association on December 28, 1961, together with the wind field repair association and the Gangnam Repair Association.

B. Pursuant to Article 6 of the Addenda of the former Land Improvement Project Act (amended by Act No. 948 of Dec. 31, 1961, which was enacted by Act No. 2199 of Jan. 12, 1970; hereinafter the same shall apply), the Korea Rural Community Improvement Association was a public land improvement cooperative, and was enacted by Act No. 2199 of Jan. 12, 1970, and was enacted by Act No. 5077 of Dec. 29, 1995; hereinafter the same shall apply), the name was successively changed to the Korea Rural Community Improvement Association pursuant to Article 3 (1) of the Addenda of the former Rural Community Improvement Project Act (amended by Act No. 5077 of Dec. 29, 1995; hereinafter the same shall apply) and was merged into the Korea Rural Community Improvement Association with the Korea Rural Community Improvement Association on Apr. 9, 1973.

C. According to Article 8 of the Addenda to the Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 1999; hereinafter the same), the rights and obligations were comprehensively transferred to the Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation pursuant to Article 9 of the Addenda to the above Act.

On December 29, 2005, the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (amended by Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005) changed its name to the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation under Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005) and changed its name to the Plaintiff on December 29, 2008 pursuant to Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Korea Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 9276

E. In around 1942, the Korea Electric Power Plant Repair Cooperative established a reservoir for the public interest located in the Gaecheon-gu, Ansan-si, 1942, and the Gangnam Water Cooperative established a storm river pumping station located in the Haecheon-gu, Ansan-si, 1952.

However, the Nung River Improvement Cooperatives and the Andong Farmland Improvement Cooperatives shall gradually develop the public reservoir, the public river pumping stations, their farm roads, and the irrigation drainage channels from around 1966 to around 1978.
