A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2013 Highest 434" is not a narcotics handler.

1. On October 5, 2012, at around 20:40, the Defendant sold approximately 0.82g of Metephacule (hereinafter referred to as “Melopopon”) 0.82g, a psychotropic drug that was stopped on the Defendant’s vehicle in front of the agricultural road located in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, and received 300,000 won from C, and delivered from D due diligence.

2. On January 1, 2013, from around 18:00 to 19:00, the Defendant issued 90,000 won to E in front of the light middle school parked on the road located in the Nam-gu Daegu Nam-dong, and purchased 5 g of the penphone.

3. On January 16, 2013, from around 8:00 to 19:00, the Defendant provided approximately 2g g of philopon purchased from E, such as in the preceding paragraph, to F, on the front of the convenience store in the vicinity of the west-gu Bridge, Daegu Northern District.

4. On March 17, 2013, the Defendant granted approximately 1.5g of the philophones purchased from E on the front side of Daegu Northern-gu G, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, free of charge, to F.

5. On April 18, 2013, around 22:30 on April 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) charged F with KRW 200,000 from the Defendant’s passenger car parked on the front of the gas charging station in the Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, and sold 1g of phiphonephones purchased from E as above.

6. On May 1, 2013, at around 22:00, the Defendant purchased 1.8 million won and 10 philopon 10 ghon in front of the Yaeng-gu Yadong E’s Yaeng-gu Yadong-gu Yadong-gu.

7. On May 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00, sold KRW 100,000 from F on the front road of Daegu Northern-gu G, and purchased 0.5g from E, such as the foregoing paragraph.

8. On June 26, 2013, the Defendant granted F 0.07g of philophonephones purchased from E, as above, on the front day of the Gaodong-gu Daegu Dong-dong, Daegu-dong, Daegu-dong, and its amusement park.

9. The Defendant, at around 13:00 on July 1, 2013, in a room where it is impossible to find out the IMoel care room located in H of Daegu-gu, Seogu.
