Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On January 16, 2013, from around 18:00 to around 19:00, the Defendant received approximately two g of psychotropic drugs from D in front of the convenience store near Daegu Northern-gu C, the Defendant received delivery of approximately two g of psychotropic drugs from D without compensation.
2. On January 16, 2013, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 250,00,000 from E on the front of the above convenience store and received approximately KRW 250,000 from E and sold approximately 1g of the penphones delivered as prescribed in paragraph 1.
3. On March 12, 2013, around 21:00, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 300,000,00 from G on a philopon, which was delivered as prescribed in paragraph (1), among the philopphones.
4. On March 17, 2013, at around 16:00, the Defendant received approximately 1.5g of philopon from D on the front of the Defendant’s house located in H in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu.
5. On March 17, 2013, around 17:30, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 480,00 from J to the Daegu-dong-gu Daegu-dong 4,328-1 to the Daegu-gu bank account; (b) sent approximately 1g of opon, among opon phoness received as described in paragraph (4), to the Gangnam-gu bus terminal; and (c) sold oponphones by sending approximately 1g of opons to the Gangnam-gu bus bus terminal as an express bus freight.
6. On April 4, 2013, from around 14:00 to 15:00, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 200,000 from K to the Daegu Bank account in front of the Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, H; and (b) sold approximately 0.5g of phiphonephones delivered as prescribed in paragraph (4).
7. On April 18, 2013, around 22:30, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 200,000 and KRW 1 g philopon from D’s car parked on the front road of the Daegu Seo-gu Lgas filling Station.
8. On April 18, 2013, around 23:00, the Defendant promised to receive KRW 200,000 from N in front of the convenience store in the vicinity of the wedding hall in Daegu Seo-gu L, and sold approximately 0.5g of the philophones purchased, such as paragraph (7).
9. On April 21, 2013, the Defendant included 350,000 won, including 20,000,000 won, from N in front of the wedding hall road located in Daegu-gu L.
