A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and two months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment of eight months.

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. On July 5, 2013, at around 23:00, the Defendant received approximately KRW 200,000 from F in front of the E elementary school located in Daegu Northern-gu, and purchased approximately 0.14 g (one-time clopon; hereinafter “copon”) psychotropic drugs, from F, and purchased them.

B. On July 5, 2013, at around 23:30, the Defendant: (a) administered approximately 0.07gg (one eye for a single-use injection) out of the penphones purchased in the Defendant’s residence located in Daegu North-gu G Studio 201, using a disposable injection method, dilution the growth water, and delivered the remainder approximately 0.07g to a woman living together with the Defendant.

C. On July 9, 2013, at around 21:30, the Defendant: (a) purchased the F’s car parked on the front of the oil station in front of the oil station in which approximately KRW 300 meters of the trade name is unknown, from the I’s operation of the Defendant located in the Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu; (b) KRW 200,000 to F; and (c) KRW 0.14g of the phiphone.

On July 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) injected approximately 0.07gg of philophones purchased in the same way as the preceding paragraph in the Defendant’s residence; (b) administered them by means of injecting them into his own left arms by dilution with the biocom; and (c) delivered approximately 0.07g of the remainder to a woman living together.

E. On July 15, 2013, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) provided F’s car parked on the front road of a gas station, such as the foregoing paragraph (c) to F KRW 200,000; and (b) purchased 0.14 grophones.

F. At around 22:30 on July 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.07gg of phiphones purchased in the Defendant’s residence, such as the preceding paragraph, into a single-use injection machine; (b) injected them into his left arms by dilution with aquatic dilution; and (c) delivered approximately 0.07g of the remainder to a woman living together.

G. On July 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) provided F with KRW 300,00 from a passenger car stopped on the road front of the New Daegu Expressway (IC Tool), located on the 05:00 square meters; (b) provided 0.00 philopphones.
