Punishment of the crime

5. At around 16:00 on June 8, 2013, the Defendant issued the Defendant’s options car parked in the vicinity of the above E-mail with approximately 0.05 g of philopon free of charge to F.

6. At around 16:00 on June 15, 2013, the Defendant issued the Defendant’s observer car parked on the front of the convenience store near the G building, with approximately 0.05 g of philopon free of charge to F.

7. On June 15, 2013, at around 16:30, the Defendant issued the Defendant’s options car parked in the vicinity of the above E-mail with approximately 0.05 g of philopon free of charge to F.

8. The Defendant was parked on June 22, 2013 in front of the I department store located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around 23:30.
