Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.

2. As a result, the defendant has prevented police officers from performing their legitimate duties on the prevention of crimes and criminal investigations at the same time.
