1. Interference with business;

A. On November 1, 2012, at around 20:48, the Defendant expressed the victim’s e-cafeteria operated by the victim D in Gwangju Mine-gu, stating that the victim does not drink, and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by forcing the customers who drink food at the same place to drink, such as smelling the glass cup as soon as possible.

B. On May 12, 2013, at around 10:20, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s bar business by force by leaving the victim’s bar business by avoiding disturbances, such as putting the victim H under the influence of alcohol within I, the main store operated by the Gwangju Mine-gu; and (b) opening the 20 minutes entrance door at the front of the main store.

C. On June 30, 2013, at around 00:40, the Defendant expressed that female customers, who sold goods under the influence of alcohol at L convenience stores operated by the victim K in the Gwangju Mine-gu, would be imprisoning a disturbance, such as “flaging a hole,” and let the visitors visiting the disturbance take away, thereby allowing them to take out the victim’s convenience store duties.
