A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. At around 23:00 on August 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) expressed a disturbance, such as, under the influence of alcohol, the victim D in Jinju-si, that she boomed into the E restaurant operated by the victim D without any justifiable reason; and (b) expressed the customer’s desire to “Chewing flachisium and Chewing flachisium”; (c) thereby, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force over about 30 minutes by having the customers flachiscen in the restaurant.

B. At around 18:20 on November 7, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force over about 30 minutes by keeping customers, who were in the restaurant, from entering the restaurant by avoiding the disturbance, such as making the disturbance with the large voice of “gingly drinking, ging,” on the ground that they do not sell alcoholic beverages at the H restaurant operated by the victim G in Jinju-si, G, and preventing customers who were in the restaurant from entering the restaurant.

C. At around 19:40 on November 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was drunk at the K cafeteria operated by the victim J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J of J, and, without any justifiable reason, obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force over about 20 minutes, by preventing customers who had entered the cafeteria from entering the cafeteria, such as “Chewing Chewing, Chewing, Chewing,” and by doing so.

2. The Defendant, who received a report at the time and place specified in paragraph (3) of the above Article 1, and demanded the above M to return home from the police box belonging to the Jinju Police Station, committed assault against the above M by: (a) stating that “YYYYY YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the maintenance of police officers' order and legitimate execution of their duties.

3. The Defendant, at around 01:00 on August 26, 2014, asked the victim P (28 years of age) to be salved in front of the O convenience point N in J in Jinju, but refused to do so.
