The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person shall destroy, damage, or fire a road, a waterway, or a bridge, or obstruct traffic by other means.
1. On April 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) had approximately 500 members, etc. of the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Joint Chiefs of Staff; and (b) had participated in the C routing of the C rout at around 14:0 on April 20, 2012, around 14:0; (c) had three lanes from around 17:52 of the same day to around 18:02 of the Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 68-5 New Bank (Seoul Jongno-gu), leading to the C routing of the C routing, and had three lanes from around 18:18 of the same day to around 18:27 of the same day, the Defendant was unable to pass through the vehicle by carrying out demonstration by taking advantage of a ticket that requires the abolition of disability grade system, the abolition of support duty system, and the enactment of the Act on Persons with Disabilities with Disabilities.
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
2. On May 1, 2012, the Defendant participated in the “2012 Total Frequency” held by D in front of the Bank of Korea located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, from around 12:40 to around 14:00.
After the completion of the above assembly, the Defendant 4:00 other participants in other assemblies at approximately 14:0 on the same day, went through the entrance, name entrance, and sexual rogate to B through delivery, and 15:5 on the same day, and 2:0 on the same day, 2:00, 1 was driving ahead of the headquarters of the corporate bank, and 1 was driving ahead of the National Human Rights Commission of Korea.
