The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

Since May 15, 2009, the Defendant operated D International Marriage Counseling Center in Jeju City from May 15, 2009, but discontinued international brokerage business as of July 29, 2013 and operated only domestic brokerage business.

1. On July 29, 2013, the Defendant placed an advertisement for non-registered marriage brokerage without closure of the existing Internet homepage (E) used for the purpose of advertisement, even though he/she closed his/her DNA marriage counseling center. The Defendant advertised by November 26, 2014.

As such, even if the Defendant is not an international marriage broker, the Defendant advertised international marriage brokerage without registering from July 30, 2013 to November 26, 2014.

2. An international marriage broker who has not provided personal information shall obtain personal information certified by a domestic user who has entered into an international marriage contract and the marriage counterpart, and provide the other party and the user with such information in writing before opposite to the other party and the user;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not provide the users F with a medical certificate, marriage record, criminal record, etc. at a place where it is impossible to know the place of Vietnam or lower on December 8, 2013, when he/she arranged the contact with ten Korean women, such as the current spouse, with the users F.

As such, the Defendant did not provide the user F with personal information of Vietnam women as the other party.

3. Two or more other parties introduced the two or more other parties at the same time and at the same place as in paragraph 2, the two or more other parties were not introduced to the user F at the same time and time, and the two or more other parties were arranged at the same time with ten Vietnam female women.
