Punishment of the crime

A business owner who operates a child-care center under the Act on the Requirements for Supporting Training Expenses for the Development of Vocational Skills of Business Operators may outsource a child-care teacher who is an employed employee to another training institution with the expenses incurred in training, and may receive subsidies from the Minister of Employment and Labor if the child-care teacher has completed the training. In order to receive the subsidies, the business owner shall enter into an agreement with the educational institution certified by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea on the entrustment of workplace skill development training with the workplace-care teacher certified by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, and shall actually pay the training expenses to the entrusted training institution. If the child-care teacher, who is a person subject to education, directly finds the training and receives the education, he/she shall attend at least 80 percent of the training hours recognized by the relevant training institution and complete the relevant training course.
