Facts of the premise

1. A business owner who operates a child care center that meets the requirements for applying for subsidies for vocational skills development training for a business owner may outsource the training expenses to another training institution and require the relevant training institution (entrusted training institution) to conduct vocational skills development training for infant care teachers, and where a child care teacher has completed such training, he/she may receive subsidies from the Minister of Employment and Labor. In order to receive such subsidies, the business owner shall enter into an agreement with the training institution that has been certified by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea for the entrustment of vocational skills development training for infant care teachers and the entrusted training institution, and, in cases of a training course where a child care teacher, who is eligible for education, directly recovers from the entrusted training institution and receives education, the child care teacher shall attend the training course and complete the training course.
