A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 11, 2014, at around 21:28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) fell into the 3rd floor parking lot of the building B in Sungsung-si, the victim C, which was parked in the 3rd floor of the building B; (b) cut off the vehicle by the method of cutting down the seat door, which is a deadly weapon, after the driver’s seat, and was in possession of the seat window, in a lower portion; and (c) cut off the 200,000 won at the market price, one string of KRW 5,00,000 at a hand amounting to KRW 5,00,000 at the market price; and (d) one string of KRW 50,000 at a market price, and one 20,000 at a market price.

2. On October 11, 2014, from around 22:10 to 22:40, the Defendant: (a) was placed in Gsch Rexton’s vehicle parked by the victim F in the vehicle behind the building behind the E-building in the e-mail parking lot; (b) followed the driver’s seat seat and the seat window in the above vehicle in the manner described in paragraph (1); and (c) cut off by using the deadly weapons in the manner described in paragraph (1); and (d) cut down knee-gu, hand-kne-kne, hand-kick, and boat in the market.

3. On October 11, 2014, from around 22:10 to 22:40, the Defendant: (a) fell into the ISF car parkeded by the victim H at the parking lot behind the building behind the building E in ethropic; (b) broken the front glass of the above vehicle using a deadly weapon, a deadly weapon, using the air in the same manner as described in paragraph (1); and (c) cut off one set of 200,000 won at the market price; and (d) cut down one set of 1,00,000 won at the market price, 197,000 won at the market price.

4. At around 22:50 on October 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) maintained the front glass window of the said vehicle, which the Victim K parked in front of the J, using a deadly weapon, as described in paragraph (1), and then cut it by using the string air in the same manner as described in paragraph (1); (b) cut one straw box equivalent to KRW 300,000 in the market value.
