1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years;

2. Seized evidence in subparagraphs 3, 4 and 6 shall be confiscated;

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 08:05 on July 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that he was at the victim D’s residence in Ansan-si, with a white locket, worn around and opened an entrance without correction; and (b) invaded the door up to the inside; (c) one mobile phone with approximately KRW 900,000 of the market price of the said D owned at the said location; (d) 18 K K, approximately KRW 4,500,00 of the market price of the victim E owned by the said D’s mother; and (e) 18 Mgalle-si, approximately KRW 4,50,00 of the market price of the said D’s mother E; (e) Damond 1,900,000, approximately KRW 170,000 in the market price; and (e) 00,000,000 cash walle-type walks with the market price of approximately 0,000.

2. Special larceny;

A. On July 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 22:10 on July 25, 2014, the victim G was h operated by the victim G in Ansan-si, thereby breaking back the back glass by using stones in the surrounding area; and (b) invaded into the inside, and rupture with a 180,000 won of the market price, which is the victim’s ownership at that place; and (c) thefted with a her mother and child of approximately KRW 20,000 of the market price.

B. On July 25, 2014, at around 23:46, the Defendant: (a) laid down the door door door part of the entrance entrance with the air of the victim J (former L) operated by the victim J (former L); (b) laid down the lock door part of the entrance; and (c) intruded the lock lock unit into the auxiliary gate; and (d) cut off the cash amount of KRW 1,200,000 in a credit cooperative located in the seat of the entrance; and (b) stolen it.
