A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 11:00 on July 2, 2015 to around 00:00 the following day, the Defendant: (a) on the road in front of the Daegu-gu Seo-gu C, Daegu-gu; (b) broken away the front string of the E-dong taxi parked by the victim D with a stone that was around the front string of the E-dong taxi parked by the victim; and (c) took a theft of the victim’s property with a cash equivalent to KRW 40,000,000, which is the one owned by the victim

2. On February 24, 2016, at least 01:00, the Defendant: (a) at the vicinity of 73-lanes of YYYY-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (b) broken the window of G-si parkeded by the victim F, with a stone equivalent to KRW 40,000 in cash at the bar exchange machine located inside the said vehicle, and then stolen the victim’s property.

3. The Defendant, at around 02:00 on the same day as 2.2. the day, destroyed the windows of I-si parked by the victim H in the way as 2.3, and stolen the victim’s property with cash equivalent to 20,000 won inside the above vehicle.

4. On February 25, 2016, around 00:56, the Defendant destroyed the windows of the MO-si parked by the victim L in the same manner as the above 2.3% in cash inside the above vehicle and stolen the property of the victim.

5. On March 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) broken the window of a P taxi parked by the victimO on the roads of Daegu-gu Ngu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) broken it in the manner described in the foregoing 2. paragraph; and (c) stolen the victim’s property with 15,000 won and 2 copies of cash inside the foregoing vehicle.

6. On May 1, 202:50 of the same day, the Defendant broken the window of the Ssi Park parked by the victim R in the manner described in the above 2. paragraph, and then stolen the victim’s property by having cash 43,000 won inside the above vehicle.
