A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
Seized evidence Nos. 1, 6 through 10, 16, 19, and 20 shall be forfeited from the accused.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2013 Highest 1147"
1. On March 14, 2013, at around 20:40, the Defendant driven a vehicle in front of the D sexual road located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and cut off goods owned by the victims on seven occasions, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes, from February 25, 2013 to April 2, 2013, including the Defendant: (a) drive a vehicle in front of the D sexual road in Geumcheon-gu; (b) drive away the victim E following the victim E; (c) drive the car with the driver’s seat window; (d) one cellular phone at the market price of the victim’s ownership owned by the victim, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 1 million; and (e) one cell phone at the market price of KRW 400,000,000 in cash.
2. The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
On April 3, 2013, at around 05:50, the Defendant injected her body in Gelf 806, psychotropic drugs, in a single-use injection instrument, into which psychotropic drugs are psychotropic drugs, into a single-use injection instrument, and into which the Defendant injected her body in a single-use medication.

1. At around 05:10 on March 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the victim I’s J vehicle, which was parked there; (b) opened a lock-up correction device by inserting the hand; (c) entered the vehicle; (d) one bank in the amount of KRW 20,000,000, the market price of the victim’s ownership; and (d) cut off it.
2. Around 05:20 on March 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the victim L, parked at K, with a view to destroying the glass window, which is a deadly weapon, into the vehicle; (b) destroyed the victim L, and stolen the victim’s market price, with one smoke bag equivalent to KRW 500,000,000.
3. On March 15, 2013, around 05:58, the Defendant, in the vicinity of N in Singu, Singu around 05:58, downloaded to Q vehicles of the victim P parked therein, and as seen above, entered the victim Q vehicles with a view to destroying the glass door, which is a deadly weapon, into the vehicle, and colors the object to be stolen, but the object to be stolen.
